3. Access Your Account Dashboard
You will need to set up your personal customer account where you can manage your service details, view scheduling, and track your service history.

4. Set Up Billing Monthly
Billing is processed at the beginning of each month prior to service delivery. Choose automatic payment via bank transfer or credit card for convenience. You'll receive invoices and payment confirmations by email, and all financial records are accessible through your customer dashboard. Service will be suspended if payment isn't received before your monthly service begins.

Our specialists will conduct a thorough walkthrough of your grounds to identify trouble spots, understand your specific challenges, and develop targeted solutions for pet waste concerns. For smaller properties or clearly defined problem areas, we can often provide accurate pricing remotely, though we're always available for in-person assessments when preferred.

3. Customized Action Plan
Following our property review, our waste management professionals will create a tailored maintenance strategy at no charge. This comprehensive plan typically addresses optimal waste station locations, identifies common areas requiring regular cleaning, and recommends service intervals to effectively address your community's needs.

4. Service Implementation
Our proposals include multiple service tiers to accommodate different community budgets. After selecting your preferred option and approving the agreement, we'll add your property to our service roster. When waste station installation is required, we coordinate utility locates for safe placement and handle all equipment ordering.

5. Comprehensive Maintenance
Our community cleaning service addresses pet waste while also collecting general trash that fits our collection containers. For properties with waste station service, we empty receptacles, replenish bag supplies, report any damage or vandalism, and maintain a clean 10-foot radius around each station during every visit.
