Do you clean the entire yard?
Sure do! We will clean any areas of the property that have dog waste.
Do you provide services in the winter?
Yes! We provide services year round. In the winter, most of the waste that accumulates is able to scooped up.
Talk to me about the safety of my dogs.
Client and pet safety is our top priority. We uphold rigorous safety protocols by sanitizing all tools and footwear between property visits with professional-grade disinfectant to minimize disease transmission. Following each service, we photograph locked gates to provide assurance that your animals stay securely enclosed. Furthermore, all team members complete comprehensive background screenings to guarantee trustworthy individuals are handling your home and pets.
How much does it cost?
Wisconsin Scoopsters offers pet waste removal service packages beginning at just $60 monthly. Pricing varies according to property size, cleanup frequency, and the number of pets. The majority of our customers typically invest between $95 and $135 each month for service.
Are there contracts I have to sign?
Nope! You can start, pause, cancel or lower your frequency at any time but updating your customer portol or giving us a shout.
Do you take the pet waste when you're done?
Proper disposal is essential to environmental safety as dog poop is considered a hazardous material. Each location is slightly different.
Currently, we will double bag the waste and place it in each customer’s trash can or neatly on the side of their house.
Can you clean with my dog in the yard?
Sure can - and that's one of the perks of the job!
However, if your pet has displayed aggressive behavior, we request that you keep them indoors during service visits. Our team's safety remains paramount. Should your pet exhibit hostility toward our staff, you'll be required to secure them inside or risk discontinuation of service to your property.
Can I choose the day of service?
Regrettably, this isn't feasible. Our operations follow designated routes comparable to waste collection services. We're assigned to cover specific neighborhoods on predetermined days, making it challenging to fulfill individual scheduling preferences.
Should you require service on a particular date, we'll collaborate with you to determine if alternative arrangements are possible.
Do you provide arrival windows for services?
We don't offer specific arrival windows for our pet waste removal services. Although we strive to work with your schedule when possible, we optimize our service routes late at night before each service day to minimize travel time and maintain affordable pricing.
Do you work in poor weather conditions?
Our team operates in various weather conditions. Severe precipitation, electrical storms, or significant snow accumulation will halt yard cleaning operations. When staff safety is compromised, services are suspended. This includes situations where streets remain unplowed.

Remember that your pet continues outdoor bathroom habits despite weather conditions, meaning waste continues to build up. For this reason, billing proceeds normally even when weather prevents service visits. Credits are not issued in these situations, as all accumulated waste will be addressed during the following scheduled appointment.
Do you work on holidays?
Nope! We want our staff to enjoy time with their families. Therefore, all major U.S. holidays, and some that are not major, Wisconsin Scoopsters will be closed.

Service days will usually move along one day from the usual service day in a week containing one of the above holidays or resume on your next service day.
What if I want to skip a day?
No issues here! Simply contact us by phone, text, or email to postpone your scheduled service, provided you give us at least 24 hours advance notice.
What service frequencies do you offer?
Wisconsin Scoopsters offers 2x weekly, weekly, biweekly, monthly, and one-time cleanup options to best fit your needs and budget.
Are you licensed and insured?
Selecting a pet waste cleanup service that carries proper licensing and insurance coverage is advisable. This protection safeguards you should any mishaps or harm occur during service visits to your property.
